Who selects the wines each month? Can I choose my own?

We love the search for a delicious bottle of wine! Our wine director and sommelier, Chappy Cottrell curates each month's shipments from our award winning cellar. You're in excellent hands! He was nominated for Wine Enthusiast's Sommelier of the Year in 2019


I'm new to this, when will I receive my first shipment?

Welcome! We're excited for you to join us. Monthly shipments are processed on the 1st of each month and wine is sent out on the 5th. Say you signed up on April 30th, your first shipment would be May 5th. If you signed up on May 6th, your first shipment would be in June. 


What if a wine isn't just right?

Exploration is half the fun of drinking wine. If a wine we send you needs some coaxing to "open up," we'll make sure you know how to treat it right. Sometimes though, as hard as we try, a wine is off and just not okay to drink (read "corked"). If so, let us know and we'll include another bottle in your next shipment.


Say I don't like the taste of a wine. Will I be refunded?

Part of the exploration of wine is learning what you do and don't like. Not every frog you kiss is going to turn into a prince, but that's where the discovery of exploration kicks in. That's to say, we can't refund a wine if you simply don't like it. However, if there is a particular style of wine you're looking to enjoy, we encourage you to explore our full wine list here. 


Can I gift a SommTable Wine Club to someone?

Absolutely! Gifting makes the world go 'round. When you sign up for the wine club, simply mark that it is a gift in the checkout process. Make sure to mark the shipping name and address as your giftee.


Will you ship to my state?

Currently we can ship to the states listed below. If you live locally, we're happy to deliver to you. Simply reply to your processing confirmation email on the 1st of each month that you'd like to have it delivered. If you're in the Healdsburg area, you're more than welcome to pickup your wine club any Wednesday - Sunday, noon-8pm here at Barndiva. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on us! Shipping is calculated at checkout.

What if I'm not home when my wine arrives?

All deliveries containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) upon receipt. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. If you’re not home then someone will need to be there to sign for it because your delivery person can’t leave it.


How do I update my billing & shipping information?

Simply log in to your account and make your changes.


I need to pause and/or cancel my shipments.

Not to worry. We're happy to cancel or pause any shipments with notice before the 1st of the coming month. Send us an email at wine@barndiva.com and we'll sort it out for you.
