Join us for an 8-course dinner to celebrate the beautiful wines from Sonoma County, Bordeaux, and Tuscany made by the Seillan family. Pierre Seillan has crafted the wines of Vérité since 1998. Under Pierre’s leadership, Hélène Seillan, his daughter, has stepped into the role of assistant winemaker at the estate to usher in the next generation. In his time at Vérité, Pierre has crafted fifteen 100 point wines rated by Robert Parker Jr.
Our evening will be focused around the delicious wines that both Pierre & Hélène grow around the world while pairing perfectly with the cuisine they enjoy best. Pierre, Hélène, and the Barndiva culinary & wine teams planned this evening in the best way we all know; around the table enjoying food and wine. The definition of conviviality.
